Vendor Information

Space & Vendor Passes:

 

We will be using the Tlell Fall Fair’s temporary booths for the music festival this year.  Space size will be 10′ x 7′.  Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and anything else they may need to provide their service.  Vendors receive one adult week-end passes for each space, and one additional adult weekend pass of an additional space.  Additional weekend vendor passes will be available at the front gate at a cost of $50.00 per pass (maximum 3 additional passes may be purchased.).

 

Power & Water:

 

The Tlell Fairgrounds site has power available for Vendors on two sides of the site.  Not all booths will have power available.  Booths with power will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.  Generators are NOT allowed on site.  Propane or any quiet alternative quite power source may be permitted at the discretion of the Vendor Coordinator.  Both hot & cold water will be available as well as a limited supply of ice.

 

Fees:

 

One space (10′ x 7′) is $150.  If you require an additional space, the cost is $250.  Payment is required before July 1, 2014 with registration.  50% is a deposit and is non-refundable.

 

Application deadlines:

 

Applications including payment must be received no later than July 1, 2014 in order to be guaranteed a space. Application forms are available below.

 

Setup times & vehicle access:

 

Setup times are Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm and Saturday, 7:00 am – 9:00 am.  The Festival begins Friday @ 5:30 pm and ends Sunday @ 6:00 pm. Vehicles will only have access to the grounds during setup times.

 

No access will be allowed after music begins on Friday evening, after music begins on Saturday morning, or on Sunday before the music ends.

Food vendor license requirements:

 

Northern Health Authority requires that food vendors secure a license to sell food that is not pre-packaged and that must be prepared.  Since 2006, food vendors are required to have a Food Safe Certificate to sell prepared food that is not pre-packaged.

Additional information:

 

We try to ensure that there is a diversity of food and merchandise available for our patrons.  Your application could be denied if a similar food or service is already being offered.  Apply early to ensure acceptance.

 

Please fill out your vendor application as accurately as possible, as we cannot guarantee that you will have power for appliances not listed on your application.

 

Anyone vending from their vehicles must notify us at the time of the application.  Prior approval must be obtained from the music festival society if you wish to stay with your booth overnight. Space must be left clean and be vacated by noon on Monday.  The music festival society reserves the right to grant or deny any vendor application.
