The Edge of the World Music Festival is held at the Tlell Fall Fairgrounds which is located across Highway 16 from Naikoon Provincial Park Headquarters and adjacent to the B.C. Parks Misty Meadows Campground. Haida Gwaii is located approximately 95 KM (60-miles) west of the mainland coast of British Columbia and approximately 950 km (600-miles) north of Vancouver.
BC Ferries runs from Prince Rupert to Skidegate Landing. The ferry trip from Prince Rupert takes approximately 6-hours and once on Haida Gwaii there is an additional 30-minute drive north to the Festival Grounds. The Ferries fill up quickly so we advise you to book in advance.
Those arriving in Sandspit via Air Canada Jazz will need to travel to Graham Island via Eagle Transit and the Kwuna which is the small Ferry that connects Moresby and Graham Islands. The shuttle will drop you off on the Graham Island side at Skidegate Landing or in Queen Charlotte.
