The Festival is held at the Tlell Fairgrounds. There is no camping on the festival grounds, but camping is available at the Misty Meadows Campground, just across the street. The campground unfortunately DOES NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS - camping sites are occupied on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED" basis.

More camping is available at Sunset Campground (250-557-4295) in Port Clements, just a 10-minute drive from the festival site. B.C. Parks’ regulations do not permit camping on the festival grounds, which includes the property adjacent to the fairgrounds which borders the Tlell River and the beach property in front of the Naikoon Park Headquarters, and there is also no overnight camping permitted in the parking area next to the fairgrounds.

For other accommodations, there are Bed & Breakfast facilities available in both Tlell and Port Clements.

The music festival is a family event, and the Tlell Fairgrounds are an ALCOHOL and DRUG FREE zone. We ask that you KEEP YOUR PETS AT HOME - no animals are allowed on the festival grounds

PARENTS : Please note that the Tlell River borders the fairgrounds, so you will need to supervise your little ones carefully. The festival will have a security crew on duty only during the performance hours and there will be no regular security at the campground--you are responsible for your own property. There is a lost and found area on the festival site. We will have emergency first aid assistance on site during the performance hours, as well as RCMP coverage.
